Information we collect
When you contact us through our website form or by email, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company name, and whatever you tell us about your business. If we schedule a call, we may collect scheduling details you provide.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — but only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Decline, and no analytics cookies are set at all. If you change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and deliver services you request, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. If you become a client, we use your information to deliver the work you've hired us for.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
Who else touches it
Trusted service providers that help us operate — such as email, form processing, scheduling, and hosting vendors — may process your information on our behalf, under their own privacy commitments. We share only what's necessary for them to do their job.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our business and users.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, then delete it. We use reputable providers with modern security practices, and we limit access to people who need it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@theadeptaiagency.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
